Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship all items within 2 business days of their order date, and most of the time ship orders the very next day. We'll follow up with you by sending you a shipping notification email that contains your tracking information. All orders should arrive within 7-10 business days unless you have selected an expedited shipping option at the time of checkout. Free shipping on items will be sent via ground delivery.  Unfortunately we cannot change how your order is shipped once it's left our warehouse. Upon delivery if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service staff before shipping anything back to us. If your order is severly damaged upon arrival, please make sure to refuse the order from the shipping company and note the damage on the bill of lading.  
Privacy & Security
We believe in your privacy and the security of your information. That's why we use an SSL Secure Connection on our cart to encrypt your payment information and ensure it's safety. We will never share your personal or financial information with anyone and will only use it to provide you with the service you've requested, and occasionally contact you with your permission about potential products you may find interesting.
Returns & Replacements
Returns of unused, unopened items are accepted for 30 days for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping of the item. Refunds will not be provided until the returned item is received and inspected. Replacements for damaged items or parts of items can be requested through our customer service center. We guarantee items to arrive defect and damage free upon shipment and will replace them free of charge if notified within 1 business day of the shipment being received. Other items which need to be replaced can be requested from our customer service department for the cost of the replacement or replacement part, plus the cost of shipping.
Ordering
Placing your order on our website is easy. Simply add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Be sure to enter your payment information carefully as well as your billing address (which should match what's on the card) and your shipping address so we can send your order to the right place.  After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email and receipt.  Within a couple days, we'll provide you with an update on the shipment of your order.  
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing is subject to change at any time.  We guarantee to price-match any online advertised price if you find a matching product for less. We consistently monitor the web for lower prices to ensure we provide the best value regularly so you don't have to. At times, we may choose to run promotions and sales which are subject to our descretion. Your payment is made when placing your order at the time of checkout.
Viewing Orders
By creating an account, you can view your order history by logging into the website. While creating an account is not mandatory, we recommend it. If you didn't create an account at the time of checkout, there is no way to view your past order history or track your package online. The alternate way to review your past orders or track your package is through the email notifications that we send to you. If you didn't receive it, be sure to check your spam folders.
Updating Account Information
If you have created an account, you can update your information by loggin into your account. This will make sure your account information is updated for future orders and any future contact we may be required to make. If you did not create an account, you can email us at support@everythingbutplastic.com to make sure we have the correct information for you. If you recently placed your order and need to make a change that may depend on whether you receive your order or not, we recommend emailing or calling us as well (even if you made the change online to your account) to ensure we have the correct information on your package before shipping it.
